1. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your order’s weight, destination, and selected shipping method.
Domestic Shipping (U.S.):
Standard Shipping: $6.21
Express Shipping: $8.95
Free Shipping: On orders over $150 USD
International Shipping:
Standard International Shipping: $8.12
Express International Shipping: $11.21
Free Shipping: On orders over $250 USD (select option at checkout)
All shipping charges, including packaging and handling, are shown during checkout before you finalize your purchase. There are no hidden fees.
2. Delivery Times
We process and ship orders within 1–2 business days of receiving payment.

Orders are processed during business hours, Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.
Orders placed on weekends or after business hours will be processed on the next business day.
4. Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to most U.S. locations, including PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
International shipping is available to most regions.
However, certain items may not be shipped to specific countries due to local restrictions.Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate. Insane Fitteds is not responsible for lost or delayed deliveries due to incorrect address information.
5. Customs, Duties & Import Fees (International Orders)
International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or handling fees once the package arrives in the destination country. These fees are not included in our shipping charges and must be paid by the recipient.
Please consult your local customs office for more information. Insane Fitteds is not responsible for any delays or charges due to customs clearance.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
We take care in packaging your items, but if your order is lost or damaged in transit:

We will coordinate with the shipping carrier and offer a replacement or refund where applicable
