Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully to ensure your eligibility.


Returns & Exchanges

All returns and exchanges are managed through our online returns center. To start a return or exchange, please contact us at info@insanefitteds.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • Exchanges and store credits are accepted within 55 days of receiving your order.

  • Refunds are accepted within 45 days of receiving your order.

  • All return requests must be approved before shipping items back.

  • Once approved, the item must be returned within 45 days. Returns sent after that window will be canceled and archived.


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be brand new, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags intact.

  • For hats, original packaging must be used or equivalent-size packaging must be supplied. Items without appropriate packaging will not be accepted.

  • Clearance, sale, grab bags, and promotional bundle items are non-refundable and not eligible for exchange (unless otherwise approved).

  • Returns for store credit will be issued for the full product value.

  • Returns for a refund will incur a $4.20 restocking fee.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated in the approval email.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Worn, damaged, or altered items

  • Grab bags, stash boxes, and limited promotional items

  • Orders shipped outside the continental United States (unless customer covers full return shipping)


Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days

  • Restocking fees and shipping charges will be deducted (if applicable)

  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is issued


International Customers

International orders are not covered under our standard returns policy. Customers must cover all return shipping and handling fees.
